By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms of Use (hereafter "the Terms") without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must uninstall the App.

Access to the Service requires creating a user account through Sign in with Apple. No password information is requested or stored by Taiji.

Deletion is irreversible and results in loss of access to your program and practice history. It does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription: you must also manage that through your iPhone Settings (see section 6).

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to force majeure.
We reserve the right to evolve the App: add, modify, or remove features, programs, videos. These evolutions do not entitle you to compensation, unless they result in a substantial degradation of the Service you subscribed to.
Taiji is a wellness and gentle practice app. It is NOT a medical device, NOT a healthcare service, and NOT a substitute for professional advice.

The Service is accessible through a paid subscription with automatic renewal, after a free trial period.

A 3-day free trial is offered to new users.
After the trial period, the subscription is automatically activated and billed at the chosen plan rate. It renews automatically at each term at the current rate, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
All subscription management (modification, cancellation, restoration) is handled through your Apple ID account:
iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Taiji
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid current period. No prorated refund is issued.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price change for an existing subscription will be notified to you at least 30 days before taking effect, in accordance with Apple's rules. You may then refuse the new price by canceling your subscription.
As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract, without having to justify your decision (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

Apple processes these requests according to its own terms and policies. The Publisher has neither the technical nor legal capacity to issue a direct refund.
Subscription prices are displayed including all taxes, in euros for European users, or in local currency through App Store conversion. Prices may vary by country according to Apple's pricing rules.
Payment is exclusively made through your Apple ID account (credit card, Apple Pay, or App Store credit registered on your account). The Publisher does not receive or store your banking information.
Invoices and receipts are issued by Apple and accessible from your Apple ID account. No separate invoice is issued by Taiji.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice and without compensation, in case of:
In case of suspension or termination for fault, you remain liable for any sums due, and no refund will be issued.
All elements composing the App (texts, videos, illustrations, logos, photographs, "Taiji" trademark, interface, source code, database, practice programs, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Publisher or its licensors, and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any violation exposes you to civil and criminal proceedings (counterfeiting, Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code).

We invite you to read it carefully before subscribing to the App.
Your choices regarding usage analytics and ad tracking can be changed at any time from the Settings > Privacy screen in the App.
The App is provided "as is" without guarantee of error-free, bug-free operation, or individual results. Scientific references displayed in the App are based on general studies and do not constitute a therapeutic promise for your particular case (see section 5).
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's total liability to you, all types of damages combined, is capped at the amount of fees actually paid by you for your subscription over the past 12 months.

In case of substantial modification, you will be informed by in-app notification and/or email, at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after this date will constitute acceptance of the new Terms. Otherwise, you may cancel your subscription.

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the more favorable mandatory provisions applicable in the consumer's country of residence (Rome I Regulation, art. 6).
In case of dispute, you are first invited to contact us at info@neziakstudio.com. We undertake to review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Failing amicable agreement, and subject to public-order rules protecting consumers, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's domicile.
The provisions of this section 15 are required by Apple Inc. for distribution of apps on the App Store. They apply notwithstanding any conflicting provisions in these Terms.
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and the Publisher (Neziak Studio) only. Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
The license entitles you to use the App on any Apple iOS product that you own or control, in compliance with the App Store Usage Rules.
All maintenance and support services for the App are the sole responsibility of the Publisher. Apple has no obligation in this regard.
The Publisher is solely responsible for any express or implied warranty for the App, within the limits provided by law. In case of failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple: Apple will then refund the purchase price (if any) of the App. Beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the App.
The Publisher, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim that you, or a third party, may make regarding the App or your possession or use of the App.
In case a third party claims that the App infringes its intellectual property rights, the Publisher will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
You declare that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo, or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you do not appear on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted that right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Publisher regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
The Publisher's failure to invoke a provision of these Terms shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to invoke it later.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any legal successor, notably in the event of a merger, contribution, or transfer of the business.
